Can you believe that it is already summer here in Texas? Or at least it feels like it. Starting Memorial Day and going through the weekend, the temperature was in 90s but with the humidity, it seemed like it was over 100. Last week we went to Fort Worth and walked around and were sweating terribly in the humid sunshine. But despite the heat, Colt was outside last weekend helping his dad pick up sticks from the lawn.
But, good news! The pool is now warm enough to enter without gulping in shock of the cold water. In fact, today the water temperature in the pool was 84. JUST PERFECT!
We did get in last week over Memorial Day and Colt seemed to have more fun outside the pool throwing the ball to Grandma. Today, he did stay in the pool with us without saying “Done” in the first 15 minutes.
