So what gives with the weather and passing around cold germs? For those with big, close families like Katherine, this is probably a normal occurrence to pass around viruses and bugs from one family member to the next. But I guess I have gotten used to being pretty healthy (except for that little fit during Christmas). Even Colt has been relatively healthy.

So I am home today, coughing my head off (wishing that it would fall off because it hurts so bad). My chest feels like someone is sitting on it and to add to that, I still have to work!

I know, there are mothers out there that go through this all the time. They feel awful but still have to take care of the kids, cook, clean, etc. I am amazed and salute you. I hate being sick and I just want to crawl into bed and sleep.

And how did I pick this up anyway? I found out one of our friends also has it. He was at Bentley and Christy’s wedding this past weekend so someone probably passed it to us there.

Enough complaining for the day. As soon as I get off my conference call for work I will drag myself into bed.
