We are back from vacation, if you can call it that. Being away from work is a vacation, but traveling, sleeping in different beds (one too hard and one too soft), catching up with Joe’s family then catching up with my family can hardly be called a vacation. But to summarize our time, here I go…We first spent time in PA with Joe’s family where we went to a Patriotic Celebration in Latrobe, PA. Joe’s Uncle Dick sang in the chorus (in his deep bass voice), singing such patriotic songs as God Bless America and The Military Tribute to the Four Branches. He also recited the American Creed.

We also spent time with Pappy Joe.
