It has been a long, hard couple of weeks for me. I had to make some personnel changes at work in addition to putting in long hours to get work completed. This has caused me to miss out on time with my son and husband.

But today I saw a rainbow.

My back has been hurting now for at least a month. I have been on pain killers and anti-inflammatory medicine, but still feel the pain constantly.

It seems like the house projects are never ending. First, we have to put in recessed lighting so our son will not electrocute himself on our lamp cords. Then, our kitchen faucet starts leaking and we end up buying a new faucet. The money just keeps draining out of our bank account.

In the Bible, after the flood, God sent a rainbow to remind us that he would never again flood the earth. That he would never give us more than we could handle.
