There is so much going on this time of year that I noticed all my blogger friends are also late in postings. A few quick updates.

– Baby K tricked us. He slept though the night for 2 nights in a row and is back to his normal 4-5 hour sleeping. We are working on this and trying to convince him that he needs this sleep and that it will be good not only for him, but for mommy and daddy as well.

– Our friend Leslie and her husband Rick adopted a little boy, Thomas. Leslie, Nicole (her daughter) and Thomas came to visit yesterday. We are so excited for the new addition to their family. Thomas is 4 years old and is already calling them mom and dad.

– I start my new job on January 3. I am really excited to be back working full-time and I am looking forward to the challenges.

– Joe, Baby K and I are all getting over colds. Joe must have brought it home from driving school bus and given it to our son. Of course I would have to get it also. I HATE being sick. I HATE complaining about it so I just suffer in silence (except for the sneezing and coughing). I guess I have to suffer in silence since my throat is so sore it feels like sand paper.

– Joe’s mom and aunt are coming for Christmas.

– The day after Christmas, we are leaving to go visit our families in PA and WV. This will be exciting since Joe’s family has not yet seen the baby.
