Aahh, it feels almost like a fall day her in Texas. A cool breeze is gently blowing from the north and the temperature is a mild 78 degrees today. The windows are open and a fresh air is drifting through the house.

For those in the northeast or midwest, this may not sound like an exciting update since you have been experiencing cooler weather for a couple of weeks. But for those of us in the south, this is a blessed relief. You can feel it in the atmosphere. People are smiling more, happy to be outside, taking walks with their kids or pets. Fall is just around the corner.

One other difference I notice is that I want to sleep more. I don’t know if that is weather related or due to pregnancy. By the weekend, it is expected to be near 90 degrees again, so we will enjoy this break in the temperature until it becomes permanent.
