First, the Mavericks lost the NBA Finals. No more basketball. I might be able to get to bed early and get some additional sleep. I am a sports fan so this time of the year is pretty boring. The NBA Finals and Stanley Cup are over. Baseball is ongoing but not too exciting. Football has yet to start (and don’t get me going on the fact that ABC gave up Monday Night Football!). A long summer is ahead.

Our refrigerator is on the fritz. Of course, as luck would have it, we didn’t get the extended warranty and the manufacturer warrenty is only for one year. It is now 2 years old so the warranty doesn’t cover the constant humming.

My husband’s brother is now visiting us for a while during his summer vacation. He teaches music at a university in Minnesota. The talent that he has could only come from God!
