I was tagged by Katherine for this meme (I confess I don’t know what a “meme” is but I am going to do this anyway).

What is your favorite word?
According to my husband, I speak the words “Good Grief” at least 7 times a day and he says I emphasize it just like Charlie Brown.

What is your least favorite word?
Any curse word, especially those that take the Lord’s name in vain. It makes my skin crawl.

What turns you on spiritually, emotionally, creatively?
Spiritually – worshiping God (singing, praying, all forms)
Emotionally – a caring attitude, compassion
Creatively – facing a challenge, being in nature

What turns you off?
Spiritually – hypocrites who say/teach one thing but do another
Emotionally – those who hide their emotions and are not transparent
Creatively – routines

What is your favorite curse word?
See above for words I hate.

What sound or noises to you love to hear?
I LOVE, and I mean LOVE, to hear the ocean waves crashing on the shore. It is the most relaxing thing I can think of.

What noise to you hate?
Sirens, it always means that something is wrong or someone is hurt.

What profession, other than your own, would you like to try?
I would love to be a lawyer (my original major in college). I love to argue/pursuade and of course my favorite books growing up were Nancy Drew, Hardy Boys and Agatha Christie.

What profession would you not like to do?
Even though it is a noble profession, I would not like to be a doctor. I couldn’t bear the thought of people going through illness and sickness and at times I would not have the ability to help through medical means.
